• Project data (URLs, keywords, files): To fulfill your request.
• Payment information (card, crypto wallet): Only for payment processing. We do not store sensitive details (e.g., CVV codes).

3. Who do we share data with?

• External contractors (20 worldwide): Only those directly working on your project. All sign NDAs.
• AI agents (53 automated systems): Data is used only for task execution and deleted afterward.
• Never with third parties: We do not sell, exchange, or disclose your data.

4. How do we protect your data?

• All data is encrypted.
• Storage locations: EU, USA, Asia, Africa, based on your preference.
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. How long do we keep your data?

• Project data is deleted upon completion, unless legally required to be retained.
• Contact details are kept for up to 3 years, unless you consent to longer storage.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, corrections, deletions, or an export of your data. Simply email us at  admin@datax.agency. We respond within 48 hours.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use tracking tools like Google Analytics. Only technical cookies are used to ensure the  functionality of our site.
